The consumption of electricity and water will be charged in seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: starting at 2 pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside business hours there is a convenience fee.

PROPERTY RULES:
No pets on the property.
The house is limited to ten (10) people.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of others inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
