KANAHA BEACH VILLA has 1 Main House and 4 bungalows, accommodating up to 19 people, with a clean, minimalist design without losing the rusticity and native charm of Icaraizinho. All the accommodations offer generous comfort complemented by a breathtaking view of the sea and a private bathroom area that allows for a harmonious interconnection with nature.

Bungalow 1: 1 suite facing the sea, 40m², 1 queen, 1 single. Up to 3 people;

The rooms offer breakfast, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in all rooms, electric shower, hairdryer, toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner), minibar (only in the bungalows), fully-equipped kitchen (only in the Main House), private parking and daily maid service.
Within the property there is an independent development, THE BEACH CLUB BY MAKENA HOTEL, with fresh cuisine and a seafront bar, open according to your own schedule and availability. Consumption and services are not included in the reservation.
Low season, minimum 02 nights - R$ 4.800,00
High season, minimum 02 nights - R$ 5,200.00
Festive days - R$ 5,800.00
End of Year 2024/25, minimum 05 nights - Price R$ 67,500.00
IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The property is limited to 19 (nineteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.

Check-in time: from 2pm.
Customers must inform us of their arrival time and their contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
For check-ins after and before office hours, a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber must be paid.
Check-out time: until 12 noon.
A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or their representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled for check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For check-out before or after office hours, a convenience fee of R$100.00 plus Uber is payable.
If you check out after 12 noon, there will be a surcharge.
*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make a reservation, you must sign the Temporary Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental price. Payment must be made using the bank details provided in the contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit, which varies according to each property.
The security deposit is returned within 2 working days of check-out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECURITY DEPOSITS.
Payments by Paypal or exchange will be passed on to the renter.
*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged property and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities, such as swimming pools, decks and the like, can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used improperly, especially in relation to children, and that use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.
The reservation holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner in order to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited inside the property.
The reservation holder, their companions and any other permitted guests must refrain from loud noises and must not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance on the property and must comply with the rules set forth herein.
The reservation holder and their companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects and other items brought onto the property by guests and their permitted guests shall be at the sole risk of the guest in respect of any theft, damage, destruction or loss.
The reservation holder and their companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims related to the destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or their family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
These rules follow Brazilian Law.
