The dining room is light and tasteful with wooden furniture. A table for 10 people, sofas and armchairs provide warmth.
In the same room is the top-of-the-range kitchen, covered in premium finishes. It has complete appliances and utensils for those who enjoy cooking.
The sliding glass doors in the dining area display views of the pool while opening up the house to more light and freshness.
The staircase leads to 3 private suites.
The master suite has a walk-in closet, a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a beautiful balcony that lets the breeze in easily. There is a further suite with a balcony overlooking the pool, which also has a walk-in closet.
In total, there are five comfortable and well-decorated bedrooms. One suite is on the first floor, three suites on the second floor and one suite in the basement.

Para check-outs após às 18:00 horas, deverá ser pago valor excedente a diária e uma taxa de conveniência de R$ 150,00.
Pagamento por cartão de crédito, PagSeguro e Paypal, as taxas serão repassadas para o locatário, com mínimo de 35 dias antes da data do check-in.

É permitido animais de estimação, mediante aviso prévio.
A casa limita-se a 12 (doze) pessoas, incluindo crianças.
Convidados somente serão permitidos mediante autorização prévia.
O hóspede titular da reserva assume a responsabilidade pelas ações de outras pessoas dentro do imóvel durante sua estadia, sendo responsável pelos bens danificados e danos a propriedade ocorridos durante a estadia no imóvel, seja causado por ele mesmo ou seus convidados e acompanhantes, como multas que possam ocorrer devido à violação de lei ou regulamento interno do condomínio.
