Check-out time: 10am - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee of R$150.00 must be paid.
Payments by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal will be passed on to the tenant at least 35 days before the check-in date.

NO parties/commemorations/events or pets on the property.
Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is liable for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
