On the second floor, there is a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The three rooms are integrated by the balcony.

On the 3rd floor, there are 03 suites and a fantastic outdoor area with a swimming pool, sauna, gourmet area with barbecue and outdoor bathroom.

On the 4th floor of the house is the master suite, with an exclusive balcony and a cinematic view.

To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for the Season and pay a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in the contract. The other 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) that varies according to each property. The security deposit is returned within 2 business days after checkout. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE BOND. Payments by Paypal or through International Transfers, fees will be passed on to the Tenant.
