The house is limited to 06 (six) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurred during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:.
The property has a pool attendant who comes to the house daily to clean the pool, and 02 employees (caretaker and maid), not included in the daily rate.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
