Um representante da LUXOBRASIL.com.br irá encontrar o cliente no imóvel para o check-in e depois para o check-out, em horário agendado previamente.

REGRAS DO IMÓVEL:
PROIBIDO festas/comemorações/eventos/after party na propriedade.
O imóvel limita-se a 10 (dez) pessoas, incluindo crianças. Confortável para 03 casais e 04 solteiros.
É fundamental que seja feito silêncio absoluto das 22:00 horas às 9:00 horas.
Convidados somente serão permitidos mediante autorização prévia, para churrasco e jantar, desde que não ultrapasse o número de 15 pessoas na casa.
O hóspede titular da reserva assume a responsabilidade pelas ações de outras pessoas dentro do imóvel durante sua estadia, sendo responsável pelos bens danificados e danos a propriedade ocorridos durante a estadia no imóvel, seja causado por ele mesmo ou seus convidados e acompanhantes, como multas que possam ocorrer devido à violação das regras do imóvel, lei onde rege o imóvel.

There are 5 suites, 1 first floor suite and 4 2nd floor suites, each decorated with taste and comfort in mind. The master suite is an oasis of tranquillity, with a spacious walk-in closet to satisfy all your closet needs.

On the third floor, fun is guaranteed! The entertainment area includes a games room complete with a foosball table and a shuffleboard table.

New Year's Eve Package 2023/24: R$ 70,000.00 - minimum 7 nights

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after office hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events/after parties and pets on the property.
The property is limited to 06 (six) people, including children
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
